Promotions for Kate and Louise

15th Apr 2014

We have promoted two leading team players, Kate Pointon and Louise Davies, to the role of account manager as we accommodate recent additions to the team and further service expansion plans.

Kate has been with Livelink for over five years, starting as a marketing assistant and progressing to work across all areas of the business before being given the role of assistant project manager two years ago. Since then, Kate has been the first port of call for customer support, providing assistance to blue chip clients including Elliott Modular Build, Manchester United Soccer Schools and leading solid fuel supplier, Coals2u. She has played a key role in helping the latter to build the largest on-line coal store in the world and has been instrumental in several of our recent award wins.

Having joined the company two and a half years ago, Louise was quickly promoted to senior marketing executive and has continued to play a key role in the development of the marketing team. In the last 12 months her responsibilities have grown as she has demonstrated her leaderships skills, orchestrating and managing a series of our most successful digital marketing campaigns.

Both new account managers will take responsibility for specific client streams with Kate focusing on web development while Louise manages the marketing and social media requirements of our growing portfolio. I am delighted to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of both employees, they both deserve these promotions as they have demonstrated the drive and commitment, not to mention the talent and professionalism, to operate on a more senior level. Furthermore, they are great brand ambassadors, liked by both the clients and their colleagues. I expect Kate and Louise to play an active part in Livelink’s future growth.

Kate comments: “I’m looking forward to working to ensure that our clients get the same high level of service that they have come to expect from us. I hope to steer them through the full range of digital offerings so that they get a bespoke service, most fitting to their business, that will give them the best return on investment.”

Louise adds: “PK and the senior team have given me some great opportunities, not least to provide me with the training and development which enables me to take up this role. I am aiming to ensure that standards are maintained and that we carry on achieving the outstanding results we have realised to-date on the email marketing side. My goal with social media is to educate the clients so that they can make informed decisions as to how and when to converse with their customers so that they can further build and enrich their business relationships.”
