Livelink have devised a process not only to study and publish the results of your pre-agreed KPI’s but also make regular recommendations to improve all aspects of customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention. Analysing customer behaviour will generate demand for new content, page layouts, calls to action etc. Crucially we will also analyse the aspects of your proposition such as pricing & product ranges to fully inform you.
A list of metrics will be delivered to you once a month. Performance monitoring will report on all of agreed KPI’s and also include:

Feeding customer purchase data into a CRM system will allow us profile and segment customers and some cases predict their next purchase. Analysis and action will allow us trigger contact with customers at the most appropriate time and with a right proposition.
