We have a dedicated hosting environment managed and monitored by Rackspace who are famous for providing 100% uptime guarantee and fanatical support. Rackspace manage the Hardware, firewall, virus protection, backup and the network infrastructure and SSL certificates. 

Livelink infrastructure team manages and updates our software applications and databases.
