Customer Contact Strategy

Customer Contact Strategy - touching prospects repeatedly

Contact Points through which we interact with our prospects and existing customers have multiplied far beyond just the phone and the counter. We know which channel brought them to us and once acquired we can examine the messages through which they were converted into a sale, and finally through continuing communication retain their loyal custom.

Marketing and converting new business (business acquisition) costs 6 times as much as it does to develop repeat business from existing customers.  A contact strategy is used to aid in the following:

  • To encourage repeat business

  • To provide support channels

  • To manage prospects

  • Aid with the building of a brand and maintenance of Brand Reputation

Application of the contact strategy is based on Triggers or events that would set off a chain of contacts to steer the prospect to a desired goal.
