We have an immediate requirement for an individual with strong web design background who is capable of handling the complete design life cycle from brief to finished Drupal Theme. Candidates should have the following skill set.

Design Skills
- Solid layout and typographical instincts
- Ability to meet client and take briefs
- Pitch ideas to clients
- Work up into finished XHTML/CSS templates
Web languages
- XHTML/CSS
- PHP 4/5 – must have basic understanding and ability to learn
Web Design Applications
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Dreamweaver
Drupal experience
- Installing sites
- Configuring modules
- Generating Drupal Themes
